Since I'm not going to be able to make too many captions at the moment, I decided that I would go ahead and start putting up some guest captions so that there will at least be new things for people to read and enjoy here.
Today's Guest Cap comes from Caitlyn of Caitlyn's Masks. She's one of the top captioners out there, and I like to consider her a friend. The caption she made for me is called Witness Protection, and it is a wonderful example of her work.
If you like it, be sure to go to her page and leave a comment. The direct link to this caption on her page is here: Witness Protection by Caitlyn
Oddly enough, just about the time I got this, I was introduced to the show Burn Notice. If you've never watched it, think of it as a sort of modern re-imagining of Macguyver. It has some great lines, a good plot, and is surprisingly well researched. Most of their tricks and techniques would actually work. Though they do still fall into the "silencer" problem. (Silencers on guns do NOT actually make the gun silent like in the movies. What it does is difuse the sound, making it harder to tell where the shot came from. It is impossible to silence a gun, short of encasing it entirely in a completely airtight seal, at which point it can not fire.) I bring this up, because with this caption on my mind, it occurred to me that, with one little tweak to the intro, Burn Notice could actually become an excellent spy themed TG show or story. I'd simply have the line read like this:
When you're burned, you've got nothing: no cash, no credit, no job history. You're stuck in whatever body they decide to dump you in.
And voila, instant set up for a TG spy story. Of course I'd involve a lot of kinky situations and sexy bits, but it wouldn't be an Angel story without it. For a model, I'd probably use Denise Milani. She's sexy, she's extremely feminine which makes her good for a "punishment" sort of body, and she has lots of pictures in a variety of clothes, styles and poses.
Anyway, enough rambling. On to Caitlyn's Cap:

*Blush* Thank you for the kind words Angel. I consider you a friend too!
ReplyDeleteI like your idea on a TG Burn Notice. I haven't watched a lot of the show, but I have enjoyed all that I've seen of it. I think Denise would make a great model for it.. a face that can be expressive and even serious and a body that... well a body that's perfect for showing off the feminine form!
