So I recently came up with an idea for a new story world,
and I thought I would share it here. It
is a modern day fantasy setting. The
basic premise is that there are two planes.
The one we know is the physical plane.
It is ruled by physical laws and order.
The opposing plane is the non-physical plane. There nothing has physical form, and all is
instead ruled by will, imagination and chaos.
There is a place, tiny cosmically speaking but still vast enough no one
has explored it all, where the two planes meet and the energies of both mingle
and merge.

Hero Files
So I mentioned in my previous post that I have been in a superhero sort of mood lately. That, of course, lead me to yet another new idea. This one is a little bit different, because it is a chance for you, yes YOU, to participate.
Here's the idea. I decided that I would put up dossiers on various superheros set in a fictional world of my own creation. The universe is a DC comics sort of setting, a world of heroes and villains with fantastic powers and abilities. Think Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, etc. I may also use some of these heroes in stories, captions or snippets as the mood strikes.
Here is where you come in. Do you have an idea for a unique superhero? If so, send it to me. You can email it to angelwinddancer@gmail.com Send me the hero's name, their powers, origins, weaknesses, etc. Whatever you need to flesh out the character. Have a picture? Send that along. Don't have one but want one? Try checking out http://cpbherofactory.com/ or http://www.ugo.com/games/superhero-generator-heromachine-2-5 and see if you can make one.
The catch, of course, is that since this is a TG blog, the hero you create should in some way fit that theme. Maybe when they get their power it caused them to change sex. Maybe using their power causes it. Maybe they are a shape-shifter. Or perhaps they were captured and changed by a villain. Or maybe it has nothing to do with their power and they just preferred to be a heroine instead of a hero (or a hero instead of a heroine). Be creative and have fun. Your hero can be nice, or naughty. The only limitations are what you set for yourself.
Each Hero File I receive will be posted here on the blog, so make sure you give me a name to credit (it does not have to be your real name, an alias will do fine). You can also send me a website if you want me to put the link in the file as well. Though do keep in mind that simply a genderswap of an existing character will not be posted. The hero must be one that you create. They may be inspired by a famous character, so long as in the end they are your own creation.
So fire up those brains, and get send in some Hero Files!

Weekly Comic 5/25/12
I decided to continue my weekly comic idea, at least until I see that people are not enjoying it. Want to see more of this, or want to see it gone? Be sure to leave me feedback.
This week's comic comes from Wapsi Square (http://wapsisquare.com/). It's a bit rough, because I had to work on my laptop as opposed to my usual desktop.

Weekly Captioned Comic
Ok, so, as always, my mind was wandering today when I came up with a new idea. I realize that I often go for long stretches of time with no updates on this blog. A big part of that is due to the time and effort that goes into making new captions, as well as my fluctuating inspiration. But it occurred to me that, if I were to keep things simple, I could do something more regularly.
Thus the creation of the Weekly Captioned Comic. One of my hobbies is reading webcomics. I have a huge list that I go through every day. I've often seen pages or panels and thought, with a bit of a rewrite to the dialogue, this would be a great TG comic. So I decided that I would give it a try. The idea being that, once a week, I will take a panel or page from a comic and give it the Angel touch. They may be funny, they may be serious, they may be sexual. But the point is that there will be one every week. That way all of my readers are guaranteed something new on a regular basis. I even already have a collection of images and ideas to draw from.
This week's comic comes from the strip Loserz (http://loserzcomic.comicgenesis.com/d/20010814.html)
This was my first attempt at something like this, so it is a bit rough. The editing was done using Paint.net, and I'm still experimenting with how to get things just right. If anyone has any suggestions, or can recommend a better/easier program, please let me know.
Is this something that you would like to see more of? Do you like my idea, not like my idea? Please, leave me some feedback on this little experiment, so I know if it is something I should continue or just let die. Constructive criticism is welcome, and, as I said, any technical advice would be useful for improving future comics. But please, even if it is just a "yes continue" or "no don't", leave a comment or send me a message. It is your feedback that helps me to improve, and let's me make more of the things that you want to see.

Moving Pictures? What Sorcery is this?!
So this is a little project that I've been working on for quite some time now. I had the original idea a while back, inspired by others who have done similar projects.
This one is a bit rough and simple, as such things go, but it is my first time trying my hand at this. I had to find and teach myself how to use several new programs, which was not a simple process. In the end, though, I like how it turned out, considering it is a beginners effort. Please, let me know what you think of this. Constructive criticism is welcome, and if people enjoyed it I may try to do more in the future, now that I have a better idea of what I am doing.
*Edit* upon watching the uploaded video, I realize that the subtitles came out rather small. You'll need to watch it in full screen mode to see them. I'll try to go back and fix them when I can, if I can.
*Edit 2* Tried re-encoding the subtitles, then re-uploading the video. Hopefully that will help make them more readable.

See Through Angel's Eyes (for a price)
As always, I like to experiment with my captions and ideas. I'm always looking for something new and interesting, both for myself and for those who might read my work. So now, I thought I'd try something quite different. This time, YOU get to decide what happens. Yes, you get to be the star of one of my captions.
Here's how it works. New advances in technology have allowed scientists to capture and analyze all of the electrical signals of the human brain at every moment. These signals can be transferred to another person and "played" for them. The end result is that the person recieving experiences everything that the person sending does, as if they Were that person. This has lead to the birth of a new form of entertainment. For a price, a person can 'rent' time as someone else. People are fitted with implants that allow for the transfer, as well as having the ability to override motor control. Then customers use a special interface which allows them to recieve their chosen person's experiences and take control of that person's motor control as well. Thus customers are able to truly experience life as someone else! Of course the people being controlled are unable to control themselves, passengers in their own body as they move to someone else's whims...
So here is where you come in. I (Angel) for monetary reasons have been forced to have the implant installed and be rented out. Renting is expensive, but there are many who are willing to pay the price. So tell me, how long are you willing to pay for, and what exactly do you do with your time as me? Are you looking for a chance to be a pretty girl for a while? Do you have a friend who needs a date? Maybe you know me and just want to see me get humiliated? Or is it something else entirely?
A few rules:
1. no permanent harm or changes, so you could dye my hair or cut it, but you couldn't jump off a building
2. sorry, but I won't get pregnant
3. you control my body, but not my mind, so you can't get access to my bank account and empty it
4. records are kept of who is renting and at what time, so you can't get me arrested, but the records are completely private except in the event of a police investigation, so if its not illegal I can't prove it wasn't me doing it...
5. be sure to let me know what name you want me to use when I credit you
6. be creative and have fun!
Send me what you would do. You can comment on this page, or email it to me at angelwinddancer@gmail.com I will turn your story into a caption and it will get posted here on my blog, with your name for proper credit. So fire up those keyboards, and show me some stories!

Body Model
So its experimental caption time again. Once more I have attempted to try captioning in a new way in the hopes of creating something mildly interesting or entertaining. This one is very text heavy, so be warned. Caption located after the jump.

Short Story
So recently I made a caption for someone on one of the other sites I visit. Now, I generally enjoy the captions I make, but for some reason this one just really grabbed me. There was something about it that just really got me going. I found myself writing far more than could fit in a single panel. I toyed around with the idea of expanding it into a story. I ended up having a bit of free time, so I decided to just go ahead and do it.
You can find the story after the jump. But, be aware that it is set in a world of anthropomorphic animals. If that doesn't appeal to you, feel free to skip this one. But if you do read it, please leave me a comment. Did you like it, not like it, suggestions, constructive critisms. Heck, write me a chapter? Did it inspire you, do you have some new escapade for the characters to be involved with? Share it with me. Anything to let me know if this is something I should try to do again in the future.

Yet another idea
So, those who know me know that I am a gemini leo leo with mild ADD. That means trying to keep my thoughts in order is like trying to herd cats. Made of mercury. So needless to say, its actually hard for me to not constantly come up with new ideas. One of these ideas was for a comic strip.
