Great Cap Angel! I like how you took a 'problem' with the image and made it the focus. And I just KNEW they would make more money... selling a patch to stop the addiction to their pills!!
I usually need Something to inspire me about an image. The hardest to caption for me are images of a nude girl on a blank background in a generic pose. If there isn't something that stands out to tie a story to I often can't caption that picture, or at least not well.
