Another Hero File, inspired by a friend of mine.  Take a look after the jump.

Origin:

While watching television, Jeremy Hirundo came upon an advertisement for a new exercise video by Delta Productions.  Being a larger guy, Jeremy decided to give the tapes a shot and see if he could get into shape.  It didn’t hurt that the instructor on the tapes was a very cute girl, either.  Jeremy placed his order and eagerly awaited his show.

Little did he know how his decision would change his life.

A militant feminist witch, angered by the production of exercise shows featuring scantily clad girls, broke into Delta Productions and began laying curses on all of the discs.  The men who watched them would indeed get a new body, but not the one they wanted.  Instead, they would get the kind of body that they lusted over.  In short, the ‘disgusting men’ would become the very women they ogled.

Before she could complete her task, a team of heroes caught her in the act and was able to destroy most of the cursed copies.  However, one at least, escaped detection and was shipped out.

Jeremy, unsuspecting of what was hidden upon his disc, immediately tore open the package and got ready to start.  Impatient, he decided to fast forward past the introductions.  Thus the disc was playing at an accelerated rate when the curse activated, a situation the witch had not thought of.  The unexpected high speed playback scrambled the curse.  It did, in fact, reshape Jeremy’s body, transforming him into exactly the kind of girl he found most sexually attractive.  He became a petite yet busty beauty with raven dark hair and brilliant emerald eyes.  But that was not all that the curse changed.  The fast playback blended with the magic and became part of her new body, giving her the ability to move at speeds beyond any living thing.

Nor were the changes all physical.  In addition, Jeremy’s mind and reactions sped up as well, allowing her to control herself while moving at high speed.  Unfortunately, this also meant that her mind was now processing far more information at once than the human brain was meant to deal with, causing information overload and making her easily distracted.  Combined with the fact that her faster metabolism made her exceptionally energetic, her personality became very bubbly and distractible earning her a reputation as being something of an airhead.  Truthfully though, she is actually quite intelligent when she can focus.

The curse had one more effect as well.  Since her new body was built from Jeremy’s fantasies, her body is very sensitive and easily aroused.  Her very active sex-drive, coupled with her super speed and impulsive behavior means that she redefines the phrase “fast women”.  It is not uncommon for a man to try and buy her a drink at a bar, only to find that he came down her throat before he even managed to finish ordering.  Few of her sexual partners can keep up with her, meaning she often needs several at a time or in a row, but for some reason none of the men she sleeps with seems to mind.

Unable to continue his old life, Jeremy changed his name to Jennifer and decided to try and use her new powers for good.  Thus Streak was born.  Jennifer, however, does not try to maintain a secret identity.  Jennifer’s super speed is always active, and she must concentrate in order to move at a normal pace, making it virtually impossible to hide her abilities.  Instead, she generally lives full time as Streak, and only goes out as Jennifer when she wants to avoid running into fans or enemies.  To support herself, Jennifer hires herself out for public appearances or does odd jobs.  She lives at the Legion X headquarters.

Streak was not the name that Jennifer chose for her hero self.  The first time she set out to battle evil, she was so nervous and excited that she got distracted.  Thus, she didn’t notice until it was too late to back down that she had forgotten to finish getting ready, and had consequently shown up wearing nothing but her shoes and a smile.  One witty reporter called her Streak, making a joke about her super speed as well as her running around naked, and the name has stuck ever since.

Powers:

Super Speed: Streak is capable of moving at speeds beyond normal capabilities.  Her top running speed is just able to break the sound barrier, however this is difficult even for her and cannot be maintained long.

Friction Negation: Streak is immune to the harmful effects of friction when moving at super speeds.  No matter how fast she is moving, she experiences no more drag due to friction than if she were moving at normal human running speed.

Gravity Defying Breasts: No one is sure if this is a super power, or if she just has exceptionally firm and perky bosoms, but, despite having such large breasts on such a small frame, her bust does not jiggle or bounce more than if she were taking a casual walk, even when Streak is running at top speed.

Weaknesses:

Streak’s hyper active sex drive means that she can easily be distracted from the task at hand by attractive men, and can be kept complacent and happy through sexual stimulation.  Streak can also be distracted in other ways, though sex is the most reliable and effective method of stopping her.  Streak's super speed is always active, and it requires focus in order to move at normal pace.
