Formspring Question

Yep, its time for another formspring question!  Today's question is:

Could you post some more anime caps? Thanks, I'm a big fan of yours!

I'm glad to know there is a fan out there of my anime caps, and thank you for taking the time to write to me.  It is really nice to know that people enjoy what I do.

To answer your question, I certainly have nothing against putting up more anime caps.  The only reason I don't is simply inspiration.  I can only write when I feel inspired, so if there is no spark I simply can't create any captions to post.

So, ultimately, if you want to see more captions, you have to help inspire me.  How can you do that?  Well, that can be a bit tricky, but there are a few ways.  One way is to make a guest caption for me, as I will always make a caption for you in return.  If you are on Rachel's Haven, I will use your preferences there, if not you'd have to tell me what you generally like in a caption.  Or you could write a guest story or story snippet, or continue one of mine, or write in the same setting as one of mine.  Additionally, you can comment on the captions you like.  I don't always respond to comments, but I always read all of them.  Sometimes the most random or innocuous comments can spawn entirely new ideas.  And, even if it doesn't directly inspire a caption, comments let me know what people are reading and what they like, so I tend to make more along a similar line.  The captions that don't get any comments at all tend to just fade away.  It can be very dissapointing to put a lot of effort into a caption and get no response at all.  Lastly, try suggesting images that you might like to see captioned.  I can't promise I'll be able to, but sometimes if you give me an image I haven't seen before, I might be able to create something from it.

There may be other ways to help inspire me, and don't hesitate to try.  But the above are all ways that I've found inspiration in the past, and likely will again in the future.
